Counselling for Young People
Feeling Overwhelmed or Stuck?
You might be dealing with anxiety, stress, or a sense of feeling lost, unsure about what’s next or how to move forward.
Maybe things feel harder than they should, or like you’re carrying a lot on your own.
I’m Krishika, a BACP-registered psychodynamic therapist specialising in working with young adults.
I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what’s going on, at your own pace.
You don’t need to have everything figured out, we can work through things together.
You may be experiencing:
- Anxiety or constant overthinking
- Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally drained
- Low mood or lack of motivation
- Difficulty with identity, direction, or purpose
- Relationship or social challenges
- Stress related to university, work, or life changes
Therapy gives you space to step back and understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Over time, you can:
- Feel more clear and grounded
- Understand your thoughts and emotions more deeply
- Build confidence and emotional resilience
- Develop healthier ways of coping
My Approach
My work is grounded in psychodynamic theory, which explores how past experiences and relationships may be shaping how you feel today.
Sessions are focused on you and what matters most to you, led at your pace, and built on trust, openness, and emotional safety.
I also take a trauma-informed approach, ensuring you feel supported and never overwhelmed.
